5 things that GTA 5 does better than the rest of the games in the series

Most GTA games can stake a claim as the best in the series, so GTA 5 is bound to have some aspects that make it stand out from the other titles in the GTA series.

Predictably, technological advancements make GTA 5 better than the past games. Of course, that isn’t to say GTA 5 is only good because of better technology, far from it actually. Every GTA game is somebody’s favorite, so logically speaking, there have to be other reasons for GTA fans to enjoy a game like GTA 5 so much more than the other titles in the series.

It should go without saying that this article isn’t to insinuate that GTA 5 is the best game in the series. Instead, the purpose of this article is to highlight five things that GTA 5 does better than the rest of the series.

5 things that GTA 5 does better than the rest of the games in the series

#5 – Attention to detail

The GTA series does a pretty good job when it comes to attention to detail. Naturally, later titles excel in this department when compared to earlier ones.

There are several videos dedicated to just how much attention to detail GTA 5 has. GTA 5 has more attention to detail compared to modern games nearly seven years after it. Now imagine comparing it to the earlier GTA titles.

#4 – Animations

Motion capture made a huge difference in the quality of animations between GTA 5 and the games before it. In some instances, the difference is night and day. For example, GTA III has unnatural, clunky animations. By comparison, GTA 5 seems life-like, making it look less awkward when playing the game.

Some people could argue that GTA 5 feels slower than the older GTA titles because of this. However, it should also be noted that GTA 5 has far more animations when compared to every other GTA game in the series.

Whether it’s quality or quantity, it’s easy to see why some people would consider GTA 5’s animations to be the best in the series.

#3 – Online scene

The vast majority of GTA games have never had an online scene. The few that have had an online scene have never seen half the success GTA Online has brought for Rockstar. GTA 4’s online scene was fun, but GTA Online is an entirely different game.

Even GTA 5, by itself, pales in comparison to GTA Online in some regards. The fact that GTA Online is free for players who purchase GTA 5 is an insane deal considering the amount of content in both games.

#2 – Amount of content

There are loads of activities and features for GTA players within GTA 5. Whether it’s a feature unique to a single protagonist or just some general features, GTA 5 players always find something to do. Some other GTA games do this well to a degree, but GTA 5’s massive quantity is too large to ignore.

No game before GTA San Andreas has many side activities for a player to participate in. Even several of the GTA titles afterward lack features for players to make use of when they’re not on a mission.

While games like GTA 4 and GTA San Andreas are terrific and legendary in their own right, they have less content in them compared to GTA 5.

#1 – Graphics

Typically, the latest games in a video game series tend to look the best. Unsurprisingly, this is true for GTA 5. It looks great for a 2013 game in 2021, with only other AAA titles coming close or surpassing it in terms of graphics. Compared to other GTA titles, however, and it’s clear that GTA 5 surpasses them in this regard.

The only other GTA game (that isn’t GTA Online) that comes close is GTA 4. Even then GTA 5 is noticeably better-looking. When compared to other fan favorites like GTA San Andreas and GTA Vice City, the difference becomes even more obvious.

While some people could argue that mods can make some of these games look better, the same can also be said of GTA 5. In fact, GTA 5’s modding scene is far better than every other GTA game when it comes to graphical improvements.

Zinedine Zidane has denied already telling his players he will resign as Real Madrid coach at the end of the season. Zidane was asked again about his future after Madrid’s 1-0 victory away at Athletic Bilbao on Sunday, a win that keeps them two points behind leaders Atletico Madrid heading into La Liga’s final weekend. According to Onda Cero radio and Goal online earlier on Sunday, Zidane, who has a contract until 2022, informed his squad a week ago that he was going to leave after the team’s final game next weekend.

But Zidane said in Sunday’s post-match press conference that was not the case.

“How am I going to tell my players that I am going now? It’s a lie,” he said.

“I focus on this season. There is a game left and we are going to give everything. I only care what happens in this finale. The rest, we will see at the end of the season.”

Former Juventus coach Massimiliano Allegri, ex-Madrid striker Raul Gonzalez and Joachim Loew, who will step down as Germany coach at the end of this summer’s European Championships, have all been mentioned as possible successors.

Zidane hinted on Saturday he could leave, saying he believes “there comes a time when it’s the moment to change“.

“I don’t leave because it’s easy. It’s not like I turn away and don’t look back,” Zidane said.

“No, there are moments when you have to be there and there are moments when that’s it, it’s finished, it’s time to change. But for the good of everyone, not just for me.”

IPL 2021: No, Virat Kohli is NOT RCB fangirl Rashmika’s favourite cricketer

In a surprising development, south Indian actress Rashmika Mandanna – who is a huge cricket fan – has revealed that though she is a fan of IPL franchise Royal Challengers Bangalore, her favorite cricketer is not RCB skipper Virat Kohli. It may be recalled that Rashmika sparked a frenzy on social media when she said ‘ee saala cup namde’ in support of RCB.

The pretty actress made the statement during a social media interaction with fans during the now-suspended IPL 2021. Recently, Rashmika was asked about her favourite cricketer and stunned everyone by saying that Chennai Super Kings (CSK) captain MS Dhoni is a ‘master class player’. Rashmika lauded Dhoni for his batting, captaincy, and wicketkeeping.

“Dhoni batting, captaincy, wicket keeping … that means he will fall and die … he is a master class player. Dhoni is my hero,” Rashmika said in a recent interaction on social space.

Rashmika is currently working opposite Allu Arjun in a film titled ‘Pushpa’. Not just Tollywood, she has recently signed up for a Bollywood film that would feature Amitabh Bachchan. She has already made her Bollywood debut in Mission Majnu.

Australian cricketers arrived back in Sydney on a charter flight Monday, more than a week after fleeing Covid-stricken India for the Maldives, local media reported. Cricket authorities had been rushing to evacuate players and support staff after the lucrative Indian Premier League was suspended earlier this month as coronavirus cases surged in the country. National broadcaster ABC reported that players including Steve Smith and David Warner were on board an Air Seychelles plane that touched down in Sydney about 7:30 am local time.

A group of 38 players, coaches, officials and TV commentators had reportedly been staying in the Maldives, after leaving India on May 6 aboard a charter flight arranged and paid for by the Board of Control for Cricket in India.

Two days ago the Australian government lifted a temporary ban that threatened citizens attempting to return from India with jail, paving the way for the group to return.

Prime Minister Scott Morrison said Sunday the cricketers had not been given any special treatment, and would be coming back “under their own steam, on their own ticket”.

They are now expected to undergo 14 days of quarantine in a Sydney hotel, as part of strict border controls that have largely contained the spread of the virus in Australia.

Adam Zampa, Andrew Tye and Kane Richardson had left their IPL teams ahead of the larger Australian contingent, and were due to have completed quarantine last week.

The IPL started in early April with the decision to go ahead in the face of a deepening health crisis prompting criticism from some observers, while others defended it as a welcome distraction for the embattled Indian public.

India reported more than 310,000 new infections and 4,000 deaths on Sunday, with the official number of Covid fatalities in the nation of 1.3 billion people now exceeding 250,000.
